We are always recruiting in the North Star Warrior Company.  People do not become members just by asking.  We do have a recruitment process where we ask some basic questions and then moves into background check.  This background check weeds out anyone that could cause problems to the members and their families.  So this is for everyone's safety.   We do not save background check info.  And what we even ask for that is basic.  Not in depth.
