I was not surprised at all when I heard those words come out of his mouth.

I also have absolutely no faith AT ALL that the vaccine will not be a hot shot.  It may not kill you right away but it will over time.  Either by completely depleting your immune system making even a Cold Virus deadly to you.  Possibly massive increase you chances of a deadly cancer (as in many 1000s%).  Definitely sterilization, hell that has been documented many many times even here in the USA with Gardisil.  I won't take it even if God Emperor Trump declares it by edict and Congress signs off on it.

The trucks carrying those boxes of vaccine might get into more than a few accidents enroute....

The people of this nation are waking up to being slaves and are protesting it.  Once they realize they won't get their rights back even after being released from the lockdown those protests are going to get violent.  The response by the enemy to those actions can be all the excuse some may need for their response.

When I first heard about it I thought it was a good idea and then did some checking into it.  Here are some of the issues I found with it:
    1) The last time a Convention of States was called was in 1787 to fix deficiencies with the Articles of Confederation.  They threw them out and just plain redid the whole thing.  The result was luckily the current US Constitution.  Once a Convention of States convenes they can do the exact same thing.
    2) Changes at the CoS are done with simple majority vote.  So if 50.1% of the attendees agree on something it is automatically approved and passed.  And we can only change it if we go thru the Amendment process.  That's IF the newly changed document allows for Amendments.  That can be changed also with a simple majority vote at the Convention.
    3) The people do not select the delegates, they are selected by State governments.  And from the reports I read and watched at the time I checked into this the delegates had already been selected in EVERY state.  And reportedly not a single Constitutionalist, Libertarian, or Conservative was chosen.  The delegates are all die hard leftists and outright communists.
    4) The delegates can ignore the input, advice, complaints, and concerns of the citizens and government of the state they supposedly represent.  That was from members of the US Supreme Court when they were asked about the CoS.  So you can call, email, write letters, send up smoke signals.... doesn't matter the delegates are not beholden to you the voter who never even picked them in the first place.
    5) This movement goes back to at least during the Bush Administration when the political left were mobilizing to stop who they said was a gun spinning cowboy version of Hitler.  They wanted to strip W of his authority and power as President.  It went no where.  When Obama came in the same people that tried restricting authority of a Rebloodican President wanted to have the CoS to vastly expand the powers of a Demoncrat President.  Since they couldn't mobilize enough leftists out of their mom's basements they changed the sales pitch to trick their enemies into getting the CoS going while they pulled strings behind the scenes to get the goals they wanted.  That goal is the complete elimination of the protections of our God given Rights under the current Constitution.  When the real leaders of the movement have been tracked down and questioned about the goals with the CoS they laugh and bluntly say they want to scrap the Constitution completely.  And as already said earlier they can do it at the Convention of States with no repercussions and we are bound by their decisions without our input when they made it.

I did searches to try and find some of the articles and news reports on this from when I looked into it a few years ago.  They are gone.  Memory holed.  And in their place Google gives you articles and pages about how we need to have this immediately to restore our country in the way they tell us it was meant to be.  And we can all trust that Google is truly concerned with our Rights and freedoms...right?

I agree we desperately need a restoration of the Constitution to what the Founding Fathers intended.  But I have no faith that a Convention of States will give us that result.  Especially since we (Patriots, Constitutionalists, Libertarians, Conservatives, Moderates) will have absolutely no say in what will be considered, discussed,  and voted on at the CoS.  The things we are being shown right now is propaganda.  A Potemkin Village to trick us into helping the enemies of the Constitution  reach their goals.  Counting on us to obey the new laws and restriction forced on us afterwards just like we obey what they force on us now through the legislatures and courts.

I will not support a Convention of States till after the War to restore this nation.  When people will be much wiser and truly understand how precious our Rights and Freedoms are.   And understand the price that was paid to regain them.

The Convention of States is a leftists con job.  The delegates have already been selected and there isn't a single Constitutionalist, Libertarian, or Conservative among them.  They are all die hard communist leaning leftists.  The leaders of this CoS movement have been stopped by reporters more than once and asked about that.  They laughed at the people asking the questions and tell them bluntly they will completely rewrite the Constitution.  They specifically say no more Right to Keep and Bear Arms.  No more Free Speech.  No more Freedom of Religion.  This is something we should oppose not support!

I got a letter in the mail last week that my county is going 100% mail in ballot only for 2020.  The state hasn't passed any legislation authorizing it.  I heard of no vote on this being held by the county board.  They are just going to do it....to keep us safe from covid-19 mind you.

Yep, for the first time in decades I think my county will go overwhelmingly (Socialist) Demoncrat this year.  With the ballots being destroyed right after counting to prevent the transfer of disease.

This guy is wrong.  There is an abundance of evidence that this so called 'Pandemic' is not at all how it is being portrayed.  This country has NEVER shut down before.. Look at H1N1 and the many other MUCH MORE DEADLY viruses.  This is yet another failed attempt to destroy our President  without the slightest regard for American citizens.  I am disgusted by the numerous traitors and pray the swamp is drained soon.  America has had enough of this garbage.

Yes. Many or all of us did know there was a problem, and there were a great many guesses as to what the problems were... but my reasoning told me that I couldn't use possibilities to justify certainty. I looked for proof, and of course there was none because it was all being hidden by the various Administrative (Deep) State. It was not until this war between President Trump and the secret "ruling class" (CIA, FBI, Justice Department, Homeland Security, etc., etc., etc.) that we had any proof of anything at all and are now getting new revelations daily (even though it is still very slow).

Yes. Had I been more savvy in my understanding of what the Administrative State was since it's conception 80 years ago, I could have figured out there were global corruption on a national and even global scale by the ruling class that has ALL powers of government within themselves with no separation, no accountability, using totally unelected (and unknown) officials.

Now we know. We have details. We have facts. We have crimes. We don't have them all YET, but plenty enough to start. NOW we can act if we can remove the political obstructors (Democrats in House and Senate). Then the swamp (Administrative State officials) can be drained at warp speed.

It's life and death for the Deep State. If they win, they live and rule. If they lose, they will be wiped out and history will show it rocked the world in unprecedented fashion.

It's life and death for free, constitutional Americans. If we win, we preserve the Constitution and freedom for maybe another half a generation. If we lose, our children and grandchildren will be socialists, or worse.

May 22, 2020 By: José Niño
Gun owners have become accustomed to the typical types of gun grabs anti-gun politicians have rolled out in recent years. Assault weapons bans, universal background checks, and magazine bans are some of the usual proposals thrown our way. Second Amendment advocates have naturally built a strong opposition to these efforts and have generally made the gun control crowd break a sweat each time they try to advance such bills.
Not all infringements on the Second Amendment necessarily come from direct regulation or prohibitions on firearm ownership, however. Just look at H.R. 838, the “Threat Assessment, Prevention, and Safety Act (TAPS) Act.” The Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) recently reported Texas Congressman Brian Babin (R) introduced this bill and had 47 new co-sponsors as of March 2020. It now has 180 total co-sponsors, with a bipartisan split of 90 Republicans and 90 Democrats; 38 cosponsors are needed for this bill to pass.
According to FPC, “H.R. 838 would permit levels of espionage against the American people not seen since the introduction of the Patriot Act.” Furthermore, this bill would set up a "Task Force" of 24 unelected individuals charged with managing a national strategy of surveilling private citizens under the pretense of "targeted violence through behavioral threat assessment."
Additionally, this bill would grant the Department of Homeland Security the power to issue grants to “eligible entities” to incentivize said entities to turn information over to “fusion centers,” which would involve state, federal, and local governments collaborating to maximize the “ability of such agencies to detect, prevent, investigate, apprehend, and respond to criminal or terrorist activity.”
Like any Big Brother project, the government could use the data to craft models based on behavior that would generally be viewed as innocuous. As FPC notes, this could be used to “target unwitting, innocent gun owners as potential ‘threats’” simply for partaking in the ever-so-dangerous act of purchasing multiple handguns per month. The TAPS Act would be a dream come true for any person who has the desire to make Minority Report come to life.
Tennessee Congressman Scott DesJarlais (R) withdrew his co-sponsorship of the bill after FPC was able to demonstrate how anti-freedom this bill is. It’s no exaggeration to say the modern-day managerial state is categorically against gun owners. Of the many boogiemen the Left and their false opposition on the establishment Right like to single out, gun owners are among the first. Let’s not forget that.
We should not be giving the social radicals in D.C. any more legal or bureaucratic power that they can use to infringe on our Second Amendment rights. Handing more power to the surveillance state to snoop on gun owners gives busybody politicians another avenue by which to subvert our freedoms. One way to keep the gun controllers in check is to completely scuttle the TAPS ACT before it gathers additional co-sponsors.
