By no means does a bumpstock or binary trigger have any place on a battlefield. The point that you are missing is the slow chipping away of the 2A. The fact that many gun owners don’t care about these small infringements is the biggest concern. The verbiage of the 2nd clearly outlInes the importance of its place in our constitution. Keep in mind gentlemen that at one time an man could posses military grade weapons and they did. Just because it doesn’t fit into your particular ideology doesn’t mean it doesn’t have a place for someone. Gun rights are human rights and those should be Covenanted.

Agreed. The ATF had to re-write their analysis of a bump stock and its function. He didn’t summit a bill or propose any new legislation he directed the ATF to revise a already written evaluation. I don’t personally care for a bumpstock my belt loop works just as well. My concern is that where does this end or what’s next? Binary triggers? Performance triggers? Could they mandate that any trigger under 8lbs of pressure is to easy to pull? To my knowledge there are already over 200 laws to regulate guns already. I would challenge anyone to find another amendment that is has had more encroachm

No criticism intended could we allow this topic some time to mature and members to respond so as a collective we can divvy up members into groups. Then possible allow the individual groups to elect from within and self manage. Just a suggestion since this seems to be concern from many people.
