  1. My son and I did a 28 mi hike yesterday in about 9hrs. in 88 degree weather. Training for the 48mi hike 24hrs.  Last four miles all up steep grade, brutal. Feat always take the beating. To think; three-years ago I nearly died twice(chronic pancreatitis) a few NDE' I just will never be able to articulate. Those past few years  blurry at best, I was so sick. My weight was 210lbs. and I dropped to 130lbs. on a feeding tube in the hospital for 8 days.  I was on a lot of medication... that was killing me, and I chose to kick it cold turkey AMA...  on the heals of nearly dying, that was brutal. I never gave up, never stopped believing. I made the decision to get on with living, and was done with dying. It was an epic battle for survival, for life. They gave me a 50% chance of survival, poor survival... 5 years to live if lucky.  Now, here I am stronger than I have been in 30 years!  The lessons learned in that experience are priceless. Death has a way of changing your perspective about life, it's more precious when there is less of it to live. It changed everything, reinforced my values, my beliefs, got me back to my roots.  Life is much more simple than it use to be, meaningful, I live with intention.  I'm grateful God has restored my health, given me another opportunity to be of service to my brethren.

  2. I think that is a great idea Marcus.  If we are serious about being of max benefit to our countrymen, our country, we have to be organized and committed, make a stand, stand tall. As far as PR it would be nice to remove the stigma of "Militia."   I get the highbrow in certain company lol. How do we change that image?  lol. Even if there is only a handful of us here at the time, what is our role, how should we fulfill it? Rank-order? Personally, I started training five months ago. Just did another 16 mi. hike yesterday.  I'm in a position in my life now(semi-retired)the best health since I was about 30, I don't have to worry about "guilt by association," being kicked to the curb. I make my own rules, I can advocate for what ever I want, independently.  I've lived a good life, a hard life, I live my life like an open book, no secrets.  I vote, I pack a Glock 17. I'm big on being of service,(recovered alky, in recovery 30 years) willing to give my life for this cause, for future generation, to preserve our way of life. My wife and I are self employed and work from home, can work from anywhere as long as there is a link-up to a satellite. We are graphic designers. I don't have to worry about my losing my reputation, losing my job etc. etc. I'm in good standing with my community. I have family and friends who would not dare do what I do, or say publicly the things I say, simply cause they could lose their jobs for speaking out. We have friends that were told to unfriend us by their employers or else.  I've been buzzed by a few choppers recently, circling my property.  I told my son smile and wave! lol. I'm not intimidated by much, they haven't killed me yet. I have been a fighter my whole life, fighting for peace, inner peace-outer peace.  I'll be damned if I sit and watch my country burn to the ground.

  3. I concur, we need to be ready to hold our own, I'm talking defense as well.  Not into politics, do not support any kind of hostility toward our government... they got enough to worry about right now, they need our help, not our handicaps. I want to be able to help when the time comes bottom line. So many have not prepared, elderly are vulnerable, we need to be able to protect them too.  Holding our own helps free up resources in other areas. I'm a survivalist, planning is key to survival. We have no idea what we are really up against at this point, so we need to be fit on all levels. Understand how war is being fought out now in this brave new world, how to defend, counter if necessary. Tech at this point is out running us, I think on the lines of how the military trains for these kinds of scenarios is a good model. Most my family is military or first responders. I was raised under the umbrella of military mentality. My father was a vet, DI in the Army, so you know how our house was when it came to respect and discipline. lol. Very competitive family.  I have some tactile training... I was a boxer-MMA and quite rowdy when younger. A buddy of mine was a 23-year vet-deputy at the time on the west-side who taught me some tactile shooting(close-combat) with my Glock 17.  It would be great if we could get somebody who knows that sort of thing well. We expanded our garden to 10k, have learned about what grows around here native, what we once considered  "weeds" now grow in our planter beds and will be utilized.  Barter and trading... if currency crashes, these things will all help.  There is a lot of ground to cover, but we need to figure it out, and start. As far as weapons... I'm good to go. Need to stock up on more shells, been target shooting with the 30.06 and Glock. My two firearms of choice. My nephew want's me to get an AR 30.08... he came over and let me have a test run, pure sweetness. Never really been into the semi-auto' cause dad taught us to use "one-shot." But times have changed, the bad guy's got 'em, I need to as well to defend.  We could meet for coffee, get an agenda, some idea of where to start, break the ice. I'm kinda new to all this, but really felt the calling in my heart to make myself available for service to help protect my family and community. I'm highly skilled and educated. General contracting is what I did before I blew-out my lower-back and shoulders. I like to tinker with shit, was rebuilding motors at ten-years old. Tesla tech is a keen interest of mine and alternate energy. Pulse weapons-energy weapons are also an interest. 5G can be weaponized as well as HAARP tech.  Anyway, my wife is giving me that look... hit'n hay.

  4. Right on... I'm home most the time, semi-retired gearhead, my wife and I are self employed and work from home(graphic designers-artist).  We have a strong community here. It has been on my mind much lately about my role in my community,  "when the shit hit's the fan, are we organized well enough to hold our own, connected, networked with each other personally? What is our role here other than, here is my number, call me when the shit hits the fan!"

The bad guy's are organized... highly intelligent, motivated and committed. It will be a painful, timely, unrelenting endeavor before anything like "normality" comes back to our lives. That is reality. I have been studying this shit for 30-years! The world is in a "shift."  We are inching ever closer to a "cash-less" society, global currency is in the works, we are at war with China and the nefarious forces of "anti-Americanism" have infiltrated our country. Deep states... desecration of landmarks, temples, language borders and culture all at risk.  I'd say, that pretty much spells out "shit-storm" on the rising.

To keep up with tech and how it has been weaponized, IE social media and to battle on that front is key too... getting out the info, being able to counter, have a firewall.  This war is being fought on many fronts, with a whole new face... hence "Space-Force" is now a branch of military.  If you do not understand, 5-G... HAARP tech, might want to look into it now. Game changer on so many levels that so many are obtuse to.  And, the worst AI.  How do we defend ourselves from that? It is possible.

I'm not into the politics of militia, or any other really, my PR skills suck, better let somebody else do that kind of work.  I'm a nut's and bolts guy, I want to be of service and not the be antithesis of it, lose lips sink ships. I live in the solution not the problem. As militia... what is my role? I am responsible, I am a leader. The moment I mention I joined militia, you could hear my associates butt-holes pucker. Seems the word comes with negative connotations, and that whole "guilt by association" starts to steam-role you.  I wonder how many "list" they have me on now! lol, Lordy.  Aye... kiss me arse fackers!

We are all pretty tight neighbors here, conservative for the most part.  I think we could do better though.  Communication has been on my mind big time, I'm telling family members to purchase HAM or UHF-VHF-HF radios, cyber-warfare is on the rise, cell-phones and internet will be targeted, we should expect blackouts coming. My survival guide's stress this.  So,  before we get together, perhaps we can formulate some ideas we can bring to the round-table for discussion... like what are we doing? Do we have a plan? Are we connected enough to be actually useful, if the shit hits the fan today and the grid goes down... can we still connect, short of smoke signals?   I'd love to discuss the bigger picture aside from the body politic. How are we going to survive and preserve our way of life in these coming times?

  5. I have been training for extreme sports(hiking-running) most the summer, get'n into shape is pretty big deal to me, cause I know what is coming.  Considering building a "ninja course" to train on, my land is perfect for this set up. I'd like to set a up a tactical shooting course as well, sure could use some help on ideas with that. My son's said... they would help, but, you know the drill, their young and chasing their dreams as well as women. Their ambition is a wee bit different! lol Anyway, we need to organize and start getting to know each other better.  Marcus wants a get together, and I agree we should meet up... have a plan, otherwise what's the point?  Let's make it happen, get a sense what were all feeling, navigate through it.  360-547-9503 Patrick.

  6. I live in Deer Park down by Horseshoe lk.  I have property overlooking the mountains, we shoot and train here. I hike the gulch as well. I hunt/fish these lands. I would love to have a get together around a fire, have some food, beverage... talk about what is happening, plan accordingly.  My boys and I want to build like a ninja course to train on in our woods... (extreme sports).  I’m training for an extreme 50 mi. hike in Kellog , we have 24hrs to finish course. Very demanding. Did 16 mi. up White Mountain last Sunday, felt pretty good, lungs need more conditioning, not much recovery time for a 55 year old man! lmao Aug. 1st.  I hope I'm fit enough to complete the course, we start at night, walk non-stop until we hit base camp. Here is my number 360-547-9503, If I don't recognize the number I wont answer, so leave short message, or text me better yet, so I know your on the team.  There is a shooting range about a mile from here on state land as well. Seen militia up there training, have heard 50 cal. automatic gunfire. Their not suppose to be shooting their at this time, but I hear gunfire all day lol. The shit is about to hit the fan... I feel it in my bones, I called all this shit back in Feb... did my homework, by winter we will be feeling the "third wave."  Shit just gets weirder and weirder. I have known for 30 years this was coming... and have been prep'n ever since. My kids and ex-family members don't think I'm so crazy now... cause their knocking on my door for info and how to get ready for all this.  I told them, if you didn't start planning at least a year ago your way behind... good luck.

  8. Good morning... I am interested in get'n plugged in, to make a stand.  I am a libertarian, voted since 18, come from military background(my roots go back to Civil War) my father's fathers fathers have all fought for this country. I signed up for Marines at 17, but was to rowdy for them at the time. I am a 54 year old family man, Christian, college educated, 89% Irish with strong ties to my roots... highly skilled with an IQ that sits in 1% bracket of the world, truly.  I feel a call and conviction to protect our Constitution my family... Bill of Rights, which is under full assault.  I would like to help however I can, I'm beat-up from the feat-up from 25 years of construction work, but very fit. I have been prepping for over 20 years, feel confident my family will do well under any calamity.  I have worked hard and long to get to this point.  I have much knowledge and wisdom to share.  My family lives on a mountain(Porcupine Ridge) and moving towards living off-grid. I have friends who have ties with other militia at a low key at this time.  In all my life I have never seen such obvious tyranny... and the sense of being powerless to it.  All I know is I need to help more. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of you community! Pek.
