On September 19th the corrupt Herbert signs an extension of our unjustifiable emergency order and on the same day turns around and writes a letter to the legislators stating he will not honor his own extension? WTF? REALLY? THIS HAS TO BE TAKEN TO THE SUPREME COURT LIKE THEY DID IN PA. He is dirty and needs to be accountable for this crap.
