Business owner forces would-be burglars to strip at gunpoint

(WKMG) An Orlando business owner is accused of holding two would-be burglars at gunpoint while beating them and forcing them to strip, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

 

The encounter began when two men, 28-year-old Michael Eller and 27-year-old Jose Gonzalez, broke a window Sunday morning at a bike shop on North Orange Blossom Trail and climbed inside, deputies said. What the men didn’t know was that business owner Robert Antley, 26, had spent the night at his store because he’d had break-ins in the past.

 

Antley, armed with a gun, confronted the two men and forced them to strip down to their underwear, deputies said. Antley recorded with his cellphone as he jabbed the men with his gun and threatened to kill them as they stood facing a wall, according to the arrest affidavit.
