Thanks for the add here, I'm busily scanning the different threads, not finding a ton on input from WOMEN, and how we uniquely contribute to this cause. Truly I've only been on the site for an hour, but I've only found one other woman here!

I'm an opinionated, educated, uber-conservative, liberty-loving, self-reliant woman of faith. My back yard is a 200 meter shooting range, my front yard is an organic garden. My professional background is medicine, I'm married to the military, I'm active in my church, I abhor large groups and most people in general. I keep my circle small.

In brutal honesty, my interactions with the militia movement have been infrequent, but laughable. The militia members I have met have had serious credibility issues, as well as candidly obvious mental health problems. Still, I remain optimistic that there are level-headed people leading some effective groups. That's why I'm nosing around on this site!

Oh, and I won't be calling anyone Captain, Lieutenant, Commander, or any other title of rank unless you actually serve in that realm in the actual military, right now.

So, here I am. Let the fun begin!

Welcome to the site. Yes, would be nice to have more women here... at least active women.  There are some female members.

Sounds like you are an active prepper too 👍👍

Did you find your states Board here?

Still checking it out, Texan, getting a feel for the culture here. Yes, I am a "preparer," lol. I think preparedness and the militia movement go hand in hand. If we are contemplating social upheaval or war or terrorism or any of the other neato options, then being prepared to endure, come out on the other side and rebuild requires us to be prepared. I think this is where women's involvement in militia can be extremely helpful.

Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy reading and we encourage you to participate, ImTexan is a girl too !! :D

Women are great I love to celebrate them for our differences so many things they are better than us at. We need to work together towards each other's strengths and identify our own weaknesses so we can thrive in any situation :)
